Disputes that build trust instead of breaking it.
When a rep thinks something is off, they flag the specific deal directly from their dashboard. You investigate, resolve or reject with a note, and both sides see the full history. No more email threads nobody can find.
How it works
Rep flags an issue
From their earnings dashboard, the rep clicks "Flag Issue" on any deal. They pick a category and describe the problem.
Admin investigates
The dispute appears in your admin panel with full context: which deal, which rep, what category, and the rep's note.
Resolve and close
Write a resolution note explaining your findings. Mark as resolved or rejected. The rep sees the outcome and the reasoning.
Categories that speed up resolution
Instead of a blank text box, reps choose from four categories: wrong amount, missing deal, wrong rate, or other. This helps you triage quickly — a "missing deal" means you check the import, a "wrong rate" means you check the plan assignment.
Trust built through transparency
The biggest source of commission distrust isn't wrong numbers — it's the feeling that disputes disappear into a void. When reps can see their flag, your response, and the outcome in one place, they know their concerns are taken seriously. That's how you eliminate shadow accounting for good.
